With Thanksgiving around the corner, I thought it would be fun to compile a list of my blogs to help with your planning! Here are a few recipes and little things we’ve done to make this time of year intentional. Enjoy!
One of our favorite family traditions is making cookies for our neighbors around the holidays. We’ve tried a handful of different cookies and recipes. These shortbread thumbprint cookies have stood out above the rest and have become our favorite! Over time, we’ve adjusted and tried different jams and fruits for the filling - so feel free to get creative.
When I was in the process of designing my website and thinking through topics I could write about, the topics of this book became my first blog series. The blog series was intended to be simple and concise, but I had written more content than would be helpful for reading in a minute or two. So I had it in the back of my mind that I would put this together into an eBook of some sort in the future…
In addition to releasing a revised version of DETAILS, I’m also releasing a freshly redesign day planner printable on my resource page. It’s simple, it’s clean, and it’s designed to help you keep track of your thoughts and check tasks off your list.
As we move from one season to the next, we've decided to once again revamp our family rhythm. Truth be told, our rhythm is an ongoing work in progress. Goals are a hot topic right now. Part of this is because it's the beginning of a new year, and it's customary to start the year by making resolutions and setting goals. Another reason goals are getting a lot of attention is because of 2020 and how so many of us were affected by it. Last year changed how many of us are thinking about goals in 2021, and now we're all very aware of how outside circumstances affect our ability to achieve them. What do you have in place to help ensure that you're taking the time to rest and recoup throughout the day?
As I get older, I'm realizing how important regular sleep and times of rest are for the well-being of my family.
