ALL NEW WEEKLY LESSON PLANNER
I’ve fully committed to homeschooling both of the boys this year. We started last year and I began developing some tools to help keep myself organized - because, honestly, it’s a lot of work. As with anything, entering a week of school is easier when you have a plan and way of keeping track of what you’re doing.
I started with a Daily Lesson Plan doc (which you can still find on my resource page), but realized I needed a single page with a place to track each subject, and space to note things we do on the weekend together.
So we put together the Weekly Lesson Plan doc, which you can find below and download for free!
It has been so sweet doing school together with these boys. These photos are from earlier this year and it’s crazy how much progress they’ve made and how much they’ve learned. Emet is counting to 100, doing simple addition, and reading. Abner is holding his pens so much better, staying on the lines with his letter tracing, and knows so many of his numbers and letters. I’ve loved turning all our adventures into fun learning opportunities together. I’m really glad we have these moments captured. Looking back on these in the years to come will be bittersweet.
As we near the end of 2021 and you start thinking about how to start fresh and organized in 2022, consider downloading the Weekly Lesson Planner.
