AM/PM CHECKLIST
We’re creatures of habit. Whether we realize it or not, we condition ourselves to repeat actions. Eventually, our repeated efforts get to the point where we don’t have to think about what we’re doing anymore, and they become a habit. I’ve found that my days are most successful when built around a set of repeated tasks I do in the morning and the evening before bed. These tasks help set the stage for winning the day.
I’ve created a document for designing our habit routine in the morning and evening called the AM/PM Checklist.
I’ve included my checklist as an example to give you some ideas to get started. This list will change over time depending on the season. I type mine out and print one out for each week. You can also print out one, laminate it, and use a dry erase marker so you can use it over and over again.
