SIMPLE BREAKFAST QUICHE
Quiche is one of my all-time favorite breakfast foods. The best part about a quiche is how easy it is to make. Sometimes I even make it the day before, then only have to warm it in the oven the next morning. Here’s my go-to recipe for putting together a killer quiche.
INGREDIENTS
1 pre-made pie crust
8 large eggs
¾ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
4oz Trader Joes Diced Pancetta Italian Style Cured Bacon
1 ½ cup shredded cheese
3 tablespoons green onions
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375˚.
Cook pancetta in frying pan over med-high heat.
Unroll pie crust into pie pan and spread cooked pancetta, 1 cup of cheese, and green onions across crust.
Mix eggs, salt, pepper together in large bowl.
Pour egg mixture into pan.
Top with remaining cheese.
Cook for 35-40 minutes.
Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
Note: When reheating, I will put this back in the oven preheated to 350˚ for about 8-10 minutes or until warmed through.
