AN AFTERNOON ON VENICE BEACH - CA

After spending the day in Abbott Kinney, we decided to explore Venice Beach together and get our toes in the sand.

Emet has grown to love the ocean. He was very skeptical of the water when he was a baby, but now he just wants to get out there and play - I love it! I cherish these moments of standing on the shore together. I will hold his sweet little hand as long as he lets me. 

Anytime Emet sees a bird, plane, or helicopter in the sky everything has to stop for us to check it out. He was running around and chasing the birds but stopped to show us that they are now flying up high in the sky.

We loved Venice Beach and I'm glad we stopped. The beach is my happy place and getting to explore a new one with my family made it an afternoon I never want to forget.
