BRAIN DUMP - Template

The best way to get out all the stuff out of your head is to have regular (scheduled if necessary) Brain Dumps. Brain Dumps are a set time you’re able to clear all the tasks, upcoming projects, events, etc. that will need your personal time and attention. The point of these times are to get as many lingering things out of your head as possible and into a place that is able to be easily retrieved and accessed.
